From the very large sunny balcony there are panoramic 180 degree sea views looking towards West Dorset’s Jurassic Coast.
The house has a very light and sunny aspect and the 3 bedroomed accommodation is spread over three floors. The large bedrooms have king-size beds and one of them has an extra single bed for a child or can be used as a twin room or a triple room.
The décor is neutral and all rooms are carpeted. There is a bathroom on the 2nd floor, with bath, shower, and loo and an additional shower room with separate loo on the ground floor. The décor is neutral, with carpeted floors and features many contemporary prints. There is a fantastic 2nd floor balcony overlooking the sea and gas central heating, together with free Wifi Internet access and Freesat television.
2nd FLOOR
- Master king-double/twin bedroom with patio doors to very large decked balcony with panoramic views of the sea and cliffs looking towards the Devon coast.
- Bathroom with bath, separate shower, loo and handbasin

- Large double aspect lounge/dining room with extensive sea views and equipped with Freesat TV, DVD and Hifi with ipod dock
- 2 king-double/twin bedrooms, one with sea views and the other at the front of the house. The bedroom at the back of the house has an additional single bed making it a triple room.
GROUND FLOOR
- Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast table and patio doors to decked area with table & chairs.
- Entrance hall leading to a utility/shower room with washing machine, shower cubicle, handbasin and separate loo.
OUTSIDE
- There is a parking area for one car and a visitors parking space, which is accessed through an archway (217cm high & 450cm wide) to a paved communal car parking area which leads to the kitchen decked area and patio doors.
- Extra parking is available in the two free car parks just up the road.
