Privacy Policy

Our use of your information

If you communicate with us by email or telephone you are voluntarily providing us with your e-mail address and/or telephone number.

We will only use your email address or telephone number in the course of meeting your booking requirements or communicating with you for administrative purposes. The information you give us will allow us to correspond with you by email or telephone regarding your enquiry, your booking or for general administrative reasons.

When you have made a booking your details will be held on either the Supercontrol, HolidayLettings/TripAdvisor, or Airbnb websites (see Data Processors section below). We will print a confirmation sheet showing the itinerary of the booking which will be kept on file until the booking is over and all correspondence connected with the booking are concluded. The confirmation sheet will then be shredded.

All payments and refunds are handled via PayPal and invoices are printed and kept on file in order to keep a record of payments for our accountancy system. Only your surname is recorded on the accounts.
